Hi, I’m Charley Diablo, and I write dark romance, romantasy, and supernatural stories full of cursed love, dangerous magic, sharp banter, found family, emotional damage, and women who really should know better than to touch the damn haunted thing.

My books are for readers who like their romance messy, magical and slightly catastrophic. Expect morally complicated love interests, ancient bargains, gothic atmospheres, women making questionable decisions with excellent timing, and love stories wrapped in thorns, secrets, trauma and paranormal nonsense.

When I’m not writing, I’m usually reading, obsessing over fictional men with red flags, plotting another book idea, finding a new weird hobby to hyperfixate on, or changing my entire personality because my ADHD decided today was the day to be productive on something I definitely shouldn’t be productive on.
